To improve job opportunity discoverability, the redesigned experience introduces a fixed, sticky dialog that remains consistently accessible throughout the site. This persistent entry point allows applicants to quickly view and access current job openings at any time, reducing friction, minimizing navigation effort, and ensuring opportunities are never hidden or hard to find.

This project was a great experience and the result of over two years of effort and collaboration. We reached the implementation stage, where I worked closely with the development team on a daily basis, refining the product through QA and continuous improvements.
Unfortunately, the project was paused due to a miscommunication between the business stakeholders and the third-party development company, which had been working with backend technology incompatible with ours.
Nonetheless, the work produced remains highly valuable. The designs, insights, and solutions developed can still be applied to improve the site in future iterations, ensuring the impact of this project continues beyond its pause.
